Return Warranty
      We take pride in our product quality and perform strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive Return Warranty. Defective merchandise is subject to refund within a few days after delivery. Defects include, but are not limited to, stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, very poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you receive.
Return Process
      If you have any problems after receiving your item, please email our customer service team.
To guarantee a fast and smooth return process:
      Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with picture(s) showing the issue.
      Once we have received your email, we will reply to you within hours.
      Please do not return your product to the address on the package you received. The return address that will be provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return or exchange will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center.
      Returned items must be posted with a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item.
      You are guaranteed of a refund once we have received your returned item.
